Denmark - Christian VII's Palace in Copenhagen

Many European Royals still have their holiday. Queen Margrethe II of Denmark and her
husband, Prince Henrik, organize different New Year's Receptions.
Today one of them took place at the Christian VII's Palace, one of the 4 Palaces of the
Amalienborg. It is located in Copenhagen (capital of Denmark).

The Christian VII's Palace was also known as Moltke's Palace. The first
owner of the Palace was Lord High Steward Adam Gottlob Moltke.

In 1794 the Palace was sold to the Royal Family. 

Since 1885 it is used to accommodate important guests. It also is used for
different ceremonies. The rooms were decorated in Rococo Style.
