Sint-Niklaas, Belgium

At the picture you can see some trees, a kiosk and the Walburg Castle. This Castle
has a great and Royal History.

It all started in 1550 with the Lord of Walburg, who ordered to build a castle.
In 1851 the castle was renovated in the style of the 19th. century.

During World War I, in 1914, King Albert I of Belgium and his wife
Queen Elisabeth stayed here.

On November 4th. 1956 King Baudouin inaugurated there a special clock.

Nowadays the park is open for public and in the castle there will come
a bistro.
