Historical Hotels - Palace Hotel in Copenhagen - Denmark

On July 15th. 1910, the Palace Hotel in Copenhagen opened its doors.

The Palace Hotel was built in Jugendstil by architect Anton Rosen.

It's first Royal Guest signature was that of King Frederick VIII of Denmark.

The hotel hosted many important and famous guests like Bob Hope, 
Gregory Peck, Ray Charles, and even Queen Margrethe of Denmark
visited the hotel as Princess.

From 2005 till 2009, the hotel was runned by the Starwood chain.
Now the Scaldis Hotel group is the owner of this magnificent historical 
building.
