A statement from Buckingham Palace

Following further evaluation this morning, The Queen’s doctors are
concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended
she remain under medical supervision.

The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral.



Charles, Prince of Wales, Duchess Camilla of Cornwall and the Duke of
Cambridge are traveling to Balmoral. The Duke of Suxxex also will 
travel to Balmoral just as the Earl and Countess of Wessex and the 
Duke of York. 


New issue: 

The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon.

The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening
and will return to London tomorrow.

On the occasion of the death of Queen Elizabeth II, high guard soldiers
of the Skaraborg regiment hoisted the three-toned flag on Kungl this
morning. The castle is half-masted, by decree of HM the King.

On Saturday September 10th.: 

The King held His first Privy Council at 10.20am at
St James’s Palace in London. The Queen Consort and
The Prince of Wales were present.

On September 10, 2022, The Prince and Princess of Wales and
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex met with members of the public on
the long walk at Windsor Castle after viewing the floral tributes left
for late Queen Elizabeth II.

On Sunday September 11th. : 

The Coffin bearing The late Queen was conveyed from Balmoral Castle
this morning, followed by The Princess Royal, accompanied by
Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, and thence to the Palace of
Holyroodhouse this afternoon where it is resting in the Throne Room.


On Monday September 12th:

The Queen’s children hold a Vigil beside Her Majesty’s coffin
in St Giles’ Cathedral, Edinburgh.

This afternoon, His Majesty The King received the First Minister of
Scotland and the Presiding Officer of the Scottish Parliament at the Palace of Holyroodhouse.



On Tuesday September 13th:


His Majesty The King and The Queen Consort attended a Service of
Reflection for the life of HM Queen Elizabeth II at
St Anne’s Cathedral, Belfast. 

Dignitaries, representatives from civic society & the wider
community across NI were among the congregation paying their respects.

The body of the late 96-year-old queen, who died “peacefully” at
her Balmoral estate in Scotland last Thursday, was flown to London
aboard a Royal Air Force plane on Tuesday evening from the
Scottish capital Edinburgh.

At Buckingham Palace, a guard of honor received the coffin before
pallbearers from the Grenadier Guards took the coffin to the
Bow Room, the palace said. The coffin will be placed on trestles
in the center of the room. King Charles III; his wife, Camilla, the
queen consort; and other members of the royal family
were present, the palace said.


On Wedensday September 14th:

Her Majesty The Queen’s coffin makes its journey down the Mall
to the Palace of Westminster, where it will Lie-in-State until the
morning of the State Funeral.


On Thursday September 15th.:

In Sandringham, Manchester and Glasgow today, members of
The Royal Family were able to meet members of the public and see
some of the many tributes which have been left in memory of
Her Majesty The Queen.


On Friday September 16th.:


Today, Their Majesties The King and The Queen Consort are in
Cardiff, Wales.

"Through all the years of her reign, the land of Wales could not
have been closer to my mother’s heart.

"Roedd lle arbennig i Gymru yn ei chalon."

A Service of Prayer and Reflection for the life of The Queen
at Llandaff Cathedral, Cardiff.

The Queen’s children hold a Vigil beside Her Majesty’s coffin in
Westminster Hall, London.


On Saturday September 17th:

Today at Buckingham Palace, His Majesty The King:
Held Audiences with Defence Chiefs of Staff
Accompanied by other members of The Royal Family, hosted a
reception for the Governors General of the Realms
Received the Prime Ministers of the Realms

Across London, The King, The Prince of Wales and The Earl and
Countess of Wessex have today been meeting well-wishers and those who
have joined the queue for Her Majesty The Queen's Lying-in-State.

* The Queen's 8 grandchildren hold a Vigil beside her Majesty's coffin
at Westminster Hall.

It was announced by the royal family that the State funeral of
Queen Elizabeth II will take place on Monday
September 19th. 2022. It is a Bank Holiday in the UK.

It was a very upsetting day for us all, I felt privileged to have at a lunch in her presence when she opened Diamond Light Source, and I met Prince Philip. I have to admit having been watching the TV most of the time and to see the Funeral
