A year before her death, she was honoured in her own right by the Belgian King: she was rewarded and became a Dame in the Order of Leopold.
Royal Letters
Antonine duchess d'Ursel also had a correspondence with Marie of Hohenzollern Sigmaringen. She married to Prince Philippe, Count of Flanders and a brother of King Leopold II of Belgium.
Princess Marie of Hohenzolleren Sigmaringen was the mother of King Albert I of Belgium.
Recently, she was honoured with the production of an exclusive beer, the Cuvee Antonine, and the artworks on the bottle are of the duchess. (Belgium wouldn't be Belgium without beer :-) )
Death
Antonine de Mun died in May 1931 in Brussels, Belgium at the age of 81.
