All About Royal Families

Princess Katherine of Greece and Denmark was born on May 4th. 1913 in Athens. Grandparents : King George I of Greece and Olga Konstantinovna of Russia. Frederick III, German Emperor and Empress Victoria (the eldest child of  Queen Victoria and Prince Albert) Family : Princess Katherine had 5 siblings: 3 brothers: George, Alexander & Paul, who became all Kings of the Hellenes 2 sisters: Helen (who married Carol II of Romania) and Irene  (who married Aimone of Savoy, Duke of Spoleto). Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh (husband of Queen Elizabeth II) was her first cousin. Life : In 1917 her parents exiled and moved to Switzerland. Later the family moved to Florence (Italy). This picture is taken in Germany near the Rhine River.  As you can see, the views really are amazing with all that wine trees.
