One hotel that certainly can be listed as Historical Hotel is the Hotel Nacional
in Havana Cuba.

Hotel Nacional is located in Havana. It offers a view to the sea, the harbor
and the city as well. It is listed as World Heritage Site and as a National Monument.

Hotel Nacional was designed by McKim, Mead gb and White.
It is a wonderful mix of styles.

Guests:

Frank Sinatra, John Wayne, Marlene Dietrich, Gary Cooper, Marlon Brando,
Ernest Hemingway but also some Royalty like the Duke and Duchess of Windsor and
King Leopold III and Baudouin of Belgium were the important guests of Hotel Nacional. 
Sir Winston Churchill also visited the Hotel.

From 2003 till 2012, Hotel Nacional received the World Travel Award.

History and luxury are both preserved very well. 
That's what I like the most about an Historical Hotel.

On 14 May 2022 Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan passed away at the age of 73. Family Khalifa was born on 7 September 1948 at Qasr Al-Muwaiji, Al Ain, in Abu Dhabi (then part of the Trucial States), the eldest son of Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Hassa bint Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan Education   He was a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Crown Prince When his father, Zayed, became Emir of Abu Dhabi in 1966, Khalifa was appointed the Ruler's Representative in the Eastern Region of Abu Dhabi and Head of the Courts Department in Al Ain.
