Princess Auguste of Bavaria was born on April 28th. 1875 at Munich,
Bavaria (nowadays a part of Germany).

Family

Her parents were Prince Leopold of Bavaria and Archduchess Gisela of
Austria.

Her maternal grandparents were Emperor Franz Joseph I of Austria
and Empress Elisabeth of Austria (Sisi).

Princess Auguste of Bavaria was thus a sister of:
- Princess Elisabeth Marie of Bavaria;
- Prince George of Bavaria;
- Prince Conrad of Bavaria.

By birth she was a member of the noble House of Wittelsbach.

Love and Marriage

On November 15th. 1893, Princess Auguste of Bavaria married at Munich
to Archduke Joseph August of Austria. The royal couple would have
6 children.



Duty

 During World War I, Princess Auguste of Bavaria and other noble women
took care of the wounded people and she gave financial help to the
International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
Death

Princess Auguste of Bavaria died on June 25th. 1964 in Regensburg.

It is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage Site and among 
the travel attractions of Germany.

On 14 May 2022 Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan passed away at the age of 73. Family Khalifa was born on 7 September 1948 at Qasr Al-Muwaiji, Al Ain, in Abu Dhabi (then part of the Trucial States), the eldest son of Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Hassa bint Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan Education   He was a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Crown Prince When his father, Zayed, became Emir of Abu Dhabi in 1966, Khalifa was appointed the Ruler's Representative in the Eastern Region of Abu Dhabi and Head of the Courts Department in Al Ain.
