day of death of some remarkable noble and royal men and women.



B-Day

Lucrezia de' Medici, Duchess of Ferarra (born on 14 February 1545 -
died on 21 April 1561). Her parents were Cosimo I de' Medici, Grand
Duke of Tuscany and Eleanor of Toledo. She married Alfonso II, d'Este,
Duke of Ferarra.



Hans-Adam II, Prince of Liechtenstein (born on 14 February 1945).
His parents were Franz Joseph II of Liechtenstein and Countess Georgina
von Wilczek.




Day of death

 King Richard II of England (born on 6 January 1367 - died on 14 February
1400). His parents were Edward the Black Prince and Joan the 4th.
Countess of Kent. He married twice. The first time to Anne of Bohemia, the
second time to Isabella of Valois.




Maria Luise of Savoy (born on 17 September 1688 - died on 14 February
1714). Her parents were Victor Amadeus II, Duke of Savoy and
Anne Marie d'Orléans. She was Queen Consort of Spain.




Royal Wedding
On 14 February 1981, Henri of Luxembourg (now the Grand Duke)
married Maria Teresa Mestre y Batista. I hope this royal couple can
celebrate their wedding jubilee during the troubles at court.

On 31 January 2020, the Waringo report was released. The report
has identified lots of problems with the staff management at the
palace. There would be an atmosphere of fear in the Grand Ducal
Palace. The report calls for a reform of the monarchy.

Who was Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan?

On 14 May 2022 Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan passed away at the age of 73. Family Khalifa was born on 7 September 1948 at Qasr Al-Muwaiji, Al Ain, in Abu Dhabi (then part of the Trucial States), the eldest son of Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Hassa bint Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan Education   He was a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Crown Prince When his father, Zayed, became Emir of Abu Dhabi in 1966, Khalifa was appointed the Ruler's Representative in the Eastern Region of Abu Dhabi and Head of the Courts Department in Al Ain.
