Termessos Turkey One of the most beautiful destinations in Turkey is without no doubt: Termessos. Termessos was a Pisidian city located in Turkey (now near Antalya). It was  built in the Taurus mountains.  The city was mentioned in the history books because it could stop emperor  Alexander the Great on his conquests, due to its strategic location.  Finally the old place was abandoned between the fifth and seventh century.  Nowadays the site is a protected National Park. As you can see on the picture, the view really is stunning.
